There are two or three different registration processes you must go through in order to be properly registered to participate in USAV and/or AAU club volleyball. 

REGISTRATION  WITH THE USAV  MUST TAKE PLACE PRIOR or  ON Sept. 1, 2009

1.) You must register with the local Florida region of the USAV prior to any practices or tryouts. Go to the USAVFL.ORG website and follow the registration process. They have made it easy to pay on-line this year. Your club affiliation will be The Florida Sons/Suns VBC.  You will need to print out your USAV card which you will need for proof of registration and the medical release form must be brought in to the club for our records. 

2.) Please bring a copy of the player's birth certificate, this will be required for all out of state Bid tournaments.

3.) For those of you that will be participating in the AAU season, mostly the girls teams, you will need to log on to the AAUSPORTS.ORG website and register. The girls Club affiliation is the Florida Sons/Suns VBC.

4.) All Florida Sons/Suns players must fill out a Club Registration Form (under Club Forms on website) and turn it into Tammy along with the appropriate payments.

 

 

For our boys and girls:

Club Registration must take place on Sept 1, 2009 or any time thereafter.

Please bring the following forms to practice on your registration date:

1.    Bring a copy of your BIRTH CERTIFICATE

2.    Register with AAU and USAV, click on Club Forms section of website to register:

      Boys - USAV registration only, Girls - USAV & AAU registration

3.    Complete and sign two (2) copies of Medical Release Form, under Club Forms section 

4.    Copy and Sign Letter of Commitment Form in Club Form Section

5.    Copy and Sign Player/Parent Agreement Form in Club Form Section

6.    Bring Completed Club Registration Form and non-refundable $300.00 registration fee
