To complete your FSVBC registration please turn in the following,

either during registration or at your first practice:

 

  • Copy of your curent USAV card, make sure that you have chosen Florida Sons/Suns Volleyball Club as your club affiliation (below is the link to register)

 

 

  • Two (2) copies of 2010 USAV Medical Release Form (we have a club notary, so notarization will be taken care of at registration)

  • $300 non-refundable registration fee, made payable to FSVBC
