To complete your FSVBC registration please bring the following,

to your first practice:

  • Copy of your current USAV card, make sure you have chosen Florida Sons/Suns Volleyball Club as your club affiliation

Mandatory for all athletes participating with ANY club across the country!

  • Two (2)copies of the 2010 USAV Medical Release Form (we have a club notary, so notarization will be taken care of at registration)
