Leo Jimenez is one of the co-founders of Florida Sons Volleyball Club and has been a coach for the Club for the past 5 years.  He has also been the head coach of the Boys volleyball program at South Broward High School.

His coaching philosophy involves hard work, strong effort, sportsmanship, playing as a team, having fun, and most importantly good academics.  Once you start playing volleyball, you can’t stop.  So lets play!!!!!!!     

 

Personal Accomplishments Include:

  • HEAD COACH FOR SOUTH BROWARD HIGH SCHOOL-2007 DISTRICT CHAMPS, REGIONAL CHAMPS
  • COACHED THE 2007 BROWARD COUNTY PLAYER OF THE YEAR
  • HEAD COACH OF THE 2007 FHSAA BROWARD ALL STAR GAME
  • 2007 BROWARD COUNTY COACH OF THE YEAR
  • 2007 MIAMI HERALD COACH OF THE YEAR
  • 2007 ASSISTANT COACH FOR THE FLORIDA SONS 18'S OPEN TEAM-10TH IN NATION AT JUNIOR OLYMPICS
  • 2008 HEAD COACH FOR THE FLORIDA SONS-L TEAM-BRONZE MEDALIST AT JUNIOR OLYMPICS
  •  IMPACT AND CAP I CERTIFIED AND AN ASSISTANT CLUB DIRECTOR OF THE FLORIDA SONS VOLLEYBALL CLUB.
